SR Profile: Natalie Ebke

Most folks don't get the elite tickets to pasta feeds. Tell us, who wears the most spaghetti sauce on her face?
I would probably go with Alexa, she always ends up with food somewhere.

What's your earliest soccer memory?
I would say that my earliest memory of soccer was when I was in elementary school playing for you. I remember practicing on the gravel at Eastridge with Lex and having the best cheers, particularly for the Falcons.

What's your fondest high school soccer moment, either on-field or off?
This season will most likely be my fondest moment of high school soccer. The moment was when I scored a header goal against Southwest. It was pretty much my dream goal against our biggest rival.

You're a super competitor. Describe where you think that came from and how has it changed as your experience in and out of sports has grown.
I'm extremely competitive and a lot of it is due to having my brother. We are always competing for everything, whether it was in sports or not. It's also helped that I've played on so many competitive teams that won't settle for losing. I think as an athlete my competitiveness has definitely increased as I've gotten older, I just plain hate losing.

One of your favorite pump-up tunes?
I always seem to end up listening to something by T.I. or Lil' Wayne, but Bring Em Out is a ritual.

You've recently suffered a knock on the melon, we're sorry to know. But perhaps this is a good time to ask you to share one of your Mac (the trainer) moments.
Ha, there's a few. My most vivid moment would probably be my first neck slap for not signing in when I got there. I've never forgot since!

Favorite sports movie? (and why?)
I think I'll have to go with "Remember the Titans." I don't think anything will ever beat it.
